The nine-tailed fox pet and the fox outfit
Kumiho is the Korean name for the nine-tailed fox of folklore, so a search for the AION 2 nine-tailed fox pet means this one. In the same weeks NC also sells a fox outfit with ears and nine tails: the Vulpine Sunshower (Skin: Set), $29.99, with 6 pieces (Breastplate, Greaves, Helm, Gloves, Boots, Cloak) and 4,350 Mileage, under In-Game Menu > Shop > Atelier > Outfit Sets > Skins. Once claimed from Shop > Storage, its pieces appear in Closet > Armor.
The Glossy Pink Puppy is sold the same way
The other Shop pet of these weeks, the Glossy Pink Puppy, sits next to the Kumiho: $19.99, once per server, 2,900 Mileage, the same sale window, and it also arrives in Shop > Storage. The Maid Ribbon Wings, a wings skin, are sold in the same weeks: $19.99, once per character, 2,900 Mileage.
Pets you can get without the Shop
Most AION 2 pets come from farming in the open world, not from the Shop. Our AION 2 pet farming page has the map spots for each genus and how Genus Insight works. The Black Dragon, the other pet players ask about, comes with the Ultimate Founder's Pack; what each pack holds is on AION 2 membership and Founder's Pack. What NC changes next in the Shop and in events goes on AION 2 news and patch notes the day NC posts it.
