The eight builds in one line each
- AION 2 Gladiator build: Maxes Overhead Slam, Rending Blow and Ruinous Blow, runs Lunge Stance, Rage Burst, Zikel's Blessing and Focused Block, and loops Rage Burst into Overhead Slam.
- AION 2 Templar build: Maxes Judgment, Vicious Strike, Pummel, Punishment and Annihilate, buys Fury to 10, and runs Taunt, Doom Shield, Battlefield Banner and Empyrean Lord's Punishment.
- AION 2 Assassin build: Maxes Heart Gore, Insignia Explosion, Quick Slice and Shadowstrike, runs Illusive Clone, Swift Contract, Savage Fang and Triniel's Dagger, and bursts from behind.
- AION 2 Ranger build: Maxes Deadshot, Snipe, Tempest Shot and Drill Dart, runs Vaizel's Authority, Supporting Fire, Bow of Blessing and Griffon Arrow, and fires Deadshot under Precision.
- AION 2 Chanter build: Maxes Dark Crush, Spinning Strike and Onslaught, and takes Undefeated Mantra to 10 with Sprint Mantra, Power of the Storm and Marchutan's Wrath.
- AION 2 Cleric build: Maxes the heals and the Condemnation combo, runs Light of Protection, Noble Aura, Earth Punishment and Summon Resurrection, and stacks Attack, which also raises healing.
- AION 2 Sorcerer build: Maxes Firestorm, Blaze and Hellfire, takes Element Enhancement to 10, and adds Fire Wall, Cold Storm and Delayed Explosion.
- AION 2 Spiritmaster build: Maxes Combustion, Elemental Fusion and the Fire and Water spirits, takes Summon: Ancient Spirit to 10, and adds Enhance: Spirit's Benediction, Jointstrike: Corrode and Flame Blessing.
How every build spends its points
A character earns 203 Skill Points by level 45. Levels 2 to 4 of a skill cost 1 point each, 5 to 7 cost 2 and 8 to 10 cost 4, so one skill at 10 costs 21 points and every skill at 10 would cost more than twice what you have. That is why every build maxes the skills it uses most and leaves a few at 5 or 7, where the levels are still cheap. Wisdom Stones add 1 point each on top.
Stigma slots open at levels 22, 27, 32 and 37. The 29 Stigma Shard points from leveling learn four Stigmas and raise them part of the way; each build says which one gets the most. Daevanion nodes and gear add skill levels on top of what points buy.
How we put the builds together
We do not play-test builds. Every build is checked against NC's own Character Info: 60 level-45 characters per class across NA West, NA East and Europe, and what each has on the skill bar. Every build page shows those numbers next to its picks, and the other ways to build the class. Checked on October 23, 2026.

- What are the best builds in AION 2?
- Each class has its own standard build at level 45. The Gladiator maxes Overhead Slam, Rending Blow and Ruinous Blow and runs Lunge Stance and Rage Burst. The Templar maxes Judgment, Vicious Strike and Pummel and runs Doom Shield and Battlefield Banner. The Assassin maxes Heart Gore, Insignia Explosion and Quick Slice and runs Illusive Clone and Swift Contract. All eight are in the table on this page.
- How many Skill Points do you get in AION 2?
- 203 by level 45, plus 1 for each Wisdom Stone. A skill costs 21 points to take from level 1 to 10, so no build can max every skill; each build here maxes five to seven actives and two or three passives.
- How many Stigmas can you use in AION 2?
- Four. The slots open at levels 22, 27, 32 and 37, and leveling to 45 gives 29 Stigma Shard points to learn and raise them.
